Abstract:Job burnout can engender very important effect on work efficiency of company employees. On the basis of general description to job burnout study, this thesis interprets the structure and influencing factors from the view of some theories of motivation, such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Dual-factor Theory, Expectancy Theory, Equity Theory, Reinforcement Theory and so on. The following point of view is that people with lower levels of need are more likely to generate professional burnout, social needs, respect and unfulfilled employees prone to burnout; Compared with health factors, incentive factors have a greater impact on employee burnout. Employees are vulnerable to job burnout due to some factors that are difficult to achieve. The sense of fairness and reinforcement helps reduce burnout. According to the study above, the thesis proposes countermeasures to decrease employee job burnout, which includes carrying out motivation as the main method and hygiene factor as the auxiliary method, guiding employees to cope with stress and set reasonable job objectives, establishing excellent corporate culture and good working atmosphere etc.
