This paper expounds the three characteristics of the development of rural culture in China under the background of urban and rural integration:The increase of modern factors coexists with the loss of folk traditional culture, historical continuity coexists with cultural fault, political dominance coexists with lack of cultural self-consciousness. Meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:Rural culture and urban culture develop coordinately, rural development and cultural heritage synchronize, government domination and social participation are combined.
