With the new normality of our country's economic development, the employment problem of college students becomes more and more prominent. Party building in colleges and universities is an important carrier and an effective way to improve the entrepreneurial ability of normal students. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of developing the entrepreneurial ability of college students, and then points out the inner relation between building the party and cultivating the entrepreneurial ability of college students. At last, under the guidance of the spirit of 19th National Congress, this paper discusses the cultivation of the entrepreneurial ability of normal university students from four ways:ideological construction, service consciousness, working style and mechanism guarantee.
