Abstract:This paper takes the graduated students (2011-2015) majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speaker of other Languages in Huizhou University as a sample, take the Employment Status Questionnaire on TCSOL as a research tool to analyze their employment status and its influential factors. These factors include professions, graduated school and personal factors. Based on these, the paper try to put forward some suggestions. It draws the following conclusion through the survey:that most graduates work domestically, that few of them service as Chinese teachers for foreigners, that their professional competences contribute not much to their career, and that specialty practices play an insignificant role in their occupation choice.
