With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative, the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Russia become much deeper. As a communicative language, Russian serves as a bridge in the interactive activities between the two countries. In Russian translation, vocabulary is the foundation. Therefore, a research of vocabulary translation in Russian teaching under the background of cross-culture plays an important role in guiding Russian teaching, improving students' learning level of Russian, and promoting the vocabulary study in Russian teaching.
