Abstract:With the broad publicity and advocation of National Fitness in recent years in China, various fitness programs and activities have attracted sports fans and more adolescents have got involved with these activities. However, the number of athletic injury is also increasing, which is often caused by carelessness, inadequate warming-up, non-standardized athletic techniques. Therefore, it is significant to develop adolescents' awareness of injury prevention, their ability to take precautions against sports injury in PE classes and workout in spare time, which will significantly prevent sports injury and increase Chinese adolescents' athletic level.
