Xi jinping's concept of youth is the latest theoretical achievement in the context of the new stage of socialism based on the factors of the times. It is mainly divided into the concept of youth values, the concept of youth education, the concept of youth practice and the concept of youth training. Based on the theoretical connotation of Xi jinping's concept of youth, this paper attempts to propose the operational implementation path of talent cultivation in terms of four dimensions from the practical work of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to correctly guide young people to grow into talents and realize the value of life.
