President Xi Jinping has advocated construction of One Belt and One Road since 2013. In just 4 years, One Belt and One Road has gained positive responses and participation from over 100 countries and International organizations all over the world. The grand blueprint covers 3 continents of Asia, Europe and Africa across Pacific ocean and Indian Ocean,which benefits over 60% population of the world. It is not only an important engine pushing forward the future development of world but also the most complicated International comprehensive constructive project in the modern world. The thesis tries to discuss problems we are facing and needs our solving through 3 aspects of language communication background,principles to follow and language communication ways.
