Recently, the author has investigated about 2000 students in 15 colleges in Guangdong. The result shows that online shopping has brought opportunities to the full-scale development of the students, while with some challenges. It is a duty-bound subject of college ideological and political education that we should guide the students' online shopping behavior based on the guidance of human's full-scale development theory of Marxism, and from the dimensions of government, college, society and individual.
