Abstract:The mental health of college students has been widely concerned by the academic circles, but most of the previous studies used quantitative research, only from the perspective of data analysis, to make an empirical analysis of the Mental Health Index of college students. It's difficult to put forward concrete practical measures for individuals. The qualitative research brings forward a new way of thinking to solve this problem. This paper analyzes the psychological problems of college students by collecting psychological consultation data, and finds that the psychological problems of college students mainly focus on interpersonal communication, self-consciousness, tolerance ability and academic pressure. In order to improve the mental health of college students, Mental Health Education should focus on the four aspects mentioned above.
