Abstract:The practice teaching platform of law major is the carrier of practice teaching. In the process of training excellent legal talents, the practical teaching platform has been widely used, but there are still various problems and deficiencies, which affect the realization of the practical teaching effect and teaching objectives. The existing problems include the lack of distinguishing characteristics of practical teaching platform, being dogmatic in curriculum setting, the disconnection between practical and theoretical teaching, the lack of strict evaluation mechanism of practical teaching and weak teachers resources. Reflecting on the causes of the problems and putting forward solutions carry great significance in further improving the construction and application of practice teaching platform and promoting the quality and efficiency of practice teaching of law major.
