Abstract:In 2020, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational Supervision System and Mechanism in the New Era, which further promoted the reform and development of China's educational undertakings, and provided an excellent opportunity for the reform of the teaching methods of labor relations and labor law under the background of HR transformation. Based on this, this paper briefly introduces the relationship between HR transformation and professional personnel training, analyzes the impact of HR transformation on labor relations and labor law course teaching, and explores the necessity of reform on the courses of labor relations and labor law under the Background of HR Transformation. Based on the development direction of education and the supply of educational resources, this paper briefly summarizes the innovative ways of labor relations and labor law teaching under the background of HR transformation.
