In the process of China's new urbanization construction, college students are one of the main bodies. The innovative ability and entrepreneurship of college students are needed in the new urbanization development and construction. Based on this, this paper first studies the importance of building a talent training model, then analyzes the status quo of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education, and finally puts forward the construction of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode.
