With the gradual improvement of China's higher teaching level, English teaching has begun to develop in the direction of academicization, aiming to cultivate compound talents with higher professional knowledge and English skills, and lay a solid talent for China to enhance its international core competitiveness basis. In recent years, the leap-forward development of information technology has expanded the channels for obtaining information, and cultivating students' ability to obtain advanced foreign technical and theoretical information through English teaching is a necessary measure for my country to achieve internationalization. However, in the actual college English classroom teaching, there are still many shortcomings in the cultivation of students' scientific information literacy.
