China is undergoing a strategic transformation from a big country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education and from a big country of human resources to that of talentresources. Higher Medical Education should combine the cultivation of undergraduate medical talents closely with the development strategic goal of our country, formulate the cultivation goal of talents which is in line with the social needs of the new era, and explore the practical teaching method which is more in line with the clinical needs. The rational orientation and scientific evaluation of Clinical Medicine practice teaching in medical colleges and universities of our province have not been carried out in an all-round way, which affects the quality of practice teaching to some extent, thus affects the clinical medicine graduate talented person to raise the quality. The key to solve this problem is to construct a more perfect and scientific evaluation system of practical teaching. This paper explores the construction of the evaluation system of clinical medicine practice teaching in Hebei Province in the new era from the aspects of the guiding ideology, main principles, reform objectives and concrete measures of constructing the evaluation system of clinical medicine practice teaching, in order to promote the training quality improvement clinical medical professionals.
