    摘要:

    传统的《财务管理》课程教学方法存在着教学方法呆板单一、“教”与“学”相脱节、知识类型与教学方法不相匹配等若干问题,这些问题导致学生在学习过程中缺乏主动性和创造性,难以激发学生的学习积极性。因此,如何更好地优化课程教学方法,提升课堂教学质量是课程教师需要深入思考的问题。文章基于“新经管”建设目标视角提出了《财务管理》课程教学方法改革的思路,在教学方法上,开展“以学生为中心”的教学,《财务管理》教学方法的改革要和教学内容的优化相结合,重视课程实践环节教学,利用大数据、移动互联网技术,深度挖掘《财务管理》课程教学资源,构建“双师型”教学模式,进行线上和线下《财务管理》课程混合式教学模式的交叉融合,全面提升课堂教学体验,加强师生互动、学生参与,提升教与学的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In the traditional teaching method of financial management course, there are some problems, such as monotonous teaching method, disconnection between teaching and learning, and mismatch between knowledge type and teaching method. These problems lead to students' lack of initiative and creativity in the learning process, and it is difficult to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm. Therefore, how to optimize the teaching methods and improve the quality of classroom teaching is the problem that curriculum teachers need to think about deeply. In view of this, based on the perspective of "New Economic Management" construction goal, this paper puts forward the idea of teaching method reform of "Financial Management". In terms of teaching method, we should carry out "student-centered" teaching, and combine the reform of teaching method with the optimization of teaching content. We should pay attention to the teaching of practical links, using big data and mobile Internet technology to deeply mine "Financial Management" course teaching resources, establish "double type" teaching mode. Online and offline "Financial Management" course teaching modes should be mixed in order to comprehensively improve the classroom teaching experience, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, students' participation, and improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
