Abstract:In view of the current situation of college teachers' ethics, this paper systematically analyzes the current problems in the construction of teachers' ethics. Such as, the ideals and beliefs are vague and the values are inclined; the utilitarian tendency is rising, and the education consciousness is weak; the professionalism is weakened, and the scientific research ethics is lacking; the relationship between teachers and students is indifferent and the sense of service is not strong. This paper analyzes the reasons from both subjective and objective aspects, and puts forward some targeted strategies based on the requirements of new engineering construction. It is suggested to promote the sustainable and healthy development of teachers' ethics construction in colleges and universities from the aspects of controlling the entrance, creating the lifelong education system of teachers' ethics, reforming and optimizing the teacher evaluation system, and combining rewards and punishments.
