Responsibility ethics is a quality that emphasizes being responsible for the results of one's own behavior, and it is the basic requirement of human existence and value recognition. One has to be responsible for his or her family, team, country and the society. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized "awareness of social responsibility, awareness of rules, and awareness of dedication". For young people, it is even more important to establish responsibility ethics. This paper discusses the current situation and problems of contemporary college students' responsibility ethics and analyzes the causes of their lack, clarify the meaning of college students' responsibility ethics value generation to put forward a perfect path for self-management, ideological and political improvement, and the cultivation of excellent traditional cultural spirit.
