    摘要:

    课程思政是新时代背景下各类高校落实"立德树人"的伟大理论创新和实践创新。以"立德为先"的课程价值理念和"立德求知"的课程发展观融入到高校课堂教学里,彰显出课程知识道德与价值意义的教学实践逻辑。实践教学是公共管理类研究生人才培养的重要环节之一,将"课程思政"融入公共管理类研究生教育培养中,具有现实价值的耦合性特征,使得公共管理类研究生不仅具有知识有能力,还具有坚定的社会主义信念与强烈的爱国主义情怀。加强课程顶层设计,引导教师转换教学思维,深入挖掘"思政元素"融入课堂,是助力"课程思政"有机融入公共管理类研究生培养过程中的创新之举。

    Abstract:

    Curriculum Ideology and Politics is a great theoretical and practical innovation for all kinds of colleges and universities to implement "cultivating people by virtue" under the background of the new era. The curriculum value concept of "morality first" and the curriculum development concept of "morality seeking knowledge" are integrated into the classroom teaching in colleges and universities, which highlights the teaching practice logic of curriculum knowledge morality and value significance. As is known to all, the practice teaching is an important link in the graduate public management personnel training, one of the "course education" into the training of graduate students education in public management, the coupling characteristics of real value, make public management class graduate has not only knowledge ability, but also has strong socialist faith and strong patriotic feelings. Strengthening the top-level curriculum design, guiding teachers to change their teaching thinking, and deeply exploring the "ideological and political elements" into the classroom are the innovative steps to help the "ideological and political curriculum" organically into the training process of public administration graduate students.
