The grassroots government faces some policy implementation dilemmas in the process of policy practice for various reasons, resulting in some policy implementation bias. Failure to correct these deviations in a timely manner will not only affect the performance of the grassroots government's own functions, but also reduce efficiency and quality. It will also seriously affect the smooth realization of policy objectives and reduce the public's satisfaction with the government. This paper analyzes the deviation of the public policy implementation of the grassroots government, analyzes the causes of the deviation, and proposes the corresponding deviation correction countermeasures, efficient docking, scientific planning, reasonable arrangement, and constructing a long-term mechanism for accurately implementing policies to ensure that the grassroots government is public with effective implementation of policies, maintaining the seriousness and authority of public policies, and achieving policy objectives smoothly.
