Under the background of rapid urbanization and industrial transformation and upgrading in China, to improve the community quality based on connotation development has become a hot spot of urban renewal. The topic focuses on the enterprise community within the scope of industrial heritage, summarizes the relevant literature in the past, grasps and reflects on the current situation of community renewal in Baijia Village, Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Based on the theory of place memory, this paper systematically classifies the place memory media in the community, and discusses the ideas and strategies of unit community renewal with industrial heritage characteristics, which is of far-reaching significance for promoting the transformation of industrial cities and carrying forward local characteristics.
