    摘要:

    近年来,在高校普遍推行教学改革的大背景下,对分课堂作为新型的高校课堂教学改革模式,将课堂上的教与学一分为二,具有突出学生主体性、强调学生自主研究、促进师生交流等突出特点,将其应用到高校教学中,有利于充分发挥大学生的主体性、提升学生自主学习的能力、促进师生之间的交流互动。相比而言,高校传统课堂教学却存在着对大学生的启发明显不足、学生主体性尚未充分发挥、师生之间缺乏有效互动等弊端。为此,高校需积极、果断地采取以生为本、提高大学生的自主学习能力、加强师资培训、合理分组、因材施教、充分利用学习资源等策略全面提升高校教学水平,从而提升高校的人才培养质量。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, under the background of the general implementation of teaching reform in colleges and universities, as a new model of college classroom teaching reform, split classrooms divide the teaching and learning in the classroom into two, highlighting the subjectivity of students, emphasizing the independent research of students, and promoting the outstanding characteristics of teacher-student exchanges, and the application of it to college teaching will help to give full play to the subjectivity of college students, enhance the ability of students to learn independently, and promote the exchange and interaction between teachers and students. In contrast, traditional classroom teaching in colleges and universities has obvious shortcomings in enlightening college students, the subjectivity of students has not been fully developed, and there is a lack of effective interaction between teachers and students. To this end, colleges and universities need to actively and decisively adopt student-oriented strategies to improve the autonomous learning ability of college students, strengthen teacher training, group rationally, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, make full use of learning resources and other strategies to comprehensively improve the teaching level of colleges and universities, so as to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.
