Abstract:In recent years, under the background of the general implementation of teaching reform in colleges and universities, as a new model of college classroom teaching reform, split classrooms divide the teaching and learning in the classroom into two, highlighting the subjectivity of students, emphasizing the independent research of students, and promoting the outstanding characteristics of teacher-student exchanges, and the application of it to college teaching will help to give full play to the subjectivity of college students, enhance the ability of students to learn independently, and promote the exchange and interaction between teachers and students. In contrast, traditional classroom teaching in colleges and universities has obvious shortcomings in enlightening college students, the subjectivity of students has not been fully developed, and there is a lack of effective interaction between teachers and students. To this end, colleges and universities need to actively and decisively adopt student-oriented strategies to improve the autonomous learning ability of college students, strengthen teacher training, group rationally, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, make full use of learning resources and other strategies to comprehensively improve the teaching level of colleges and universities, so as to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.
