Abstract:Knowledge payment, as a new form of business, has been booming in recent years. How to improve user stickiness and increase repurchase rate has become an urgent problem to be solved in the knowledge payment industry. Therefore, firstly, based on the systematic combing of relevant literature and theoretical analysis, this study constructed the evaluation index system of parents’ repurchase willingness for knowledge payment. Secondly, the three-scale analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight, make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of parents’ repurchase willingness for knowledge payment, and empirically analyze the influencing factors of parents’ repurchase willingness for knowledge payment. Finally, according to the evaluation results, according to the evaluation results, this study put forward corresponding suggestions for the development of knowledge payment platforms.
