    摘要:

    政务短视频是政府积极探索政务传播的新模式,如何运营是摆在首位的问题。该文基于5W1F模型完成了短视频独特传播特点的梳理,并构建了衡量政务短视频运营效果的指标体系,提出了“品牌宣传与形象塑造”“知识分享与舆论引导”“活动推广与用户互动”三个政务短视频平台典型应用场景及匹配的运营策略,辅以配套平台和机制支撑说明,力图使政务短视频具有更强的传播力、引导力、影响力和公信力。

    Abstract:

    Government short video is a new mode of government communication actively explored by the government. How to operate is the first issue. Based on the 5W1F model, this paper combs the unique communication characteristics of short video, and constructs an index system to measure the operation effect of government short video, thus putting forward three typical application scenarios and matching operation strategies, namely, 'brand publicity and image building', 'knowledge sharing and public opinion guidance', and 'activity promotion and user interaction'. Supplemented by the supporting platform and mechanism, the strategies try to make the government short video have stronger communication power, guidance power, influence and credibility.
