The new form of human civilization is a new development path created by Chinese people under the leadership of Communist Party of China (CPC) in the one-hundred-year historical innovative practice. It is, in nature, a leapfrog modern civilization consisting of Chinese civilization along with socialist factors, which is neither similar to capitalism civilization nor to the socialism originally conceived by Karl Marx. Accordingly, the attribute of the new form of human civilization is embodied mainly in 3 aspects, namely, its socialism nature, Chinese-civilization features, and the characteristics of a leapfrog modern civilization. In this sense, this leapfrog development of human civilization is realized through the organtic integration of exellent Chinese civilization and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics which is set up by CPC on the long journey of China’s revolution and contruction, in particular, in the stage of reform and opening-up.
