It is a must to pay more attention to the issue of common prosperity in the stage of new development, so that the new development philosophy can be completely implemented accurately and comprehensively. Actually, there is an inherent unity between the notions of common prosperity and new development. Thus, the precise understanding of them is supposed to be reflected in all aspects of economic and social development; in particular, the new development philosophy should be carried out in some key areas, such as supply-side structural reform, the formation of green development and life style, the establishment of modern economy system, the all-round opening up, the security in both traditional and non-traditional fields, etc. In fact, the two conceptions in new development philosophy, namely, shared development and coordinated development, are directly related to the notion of common prosperity; that is, the thought of common prosperity naturally covers them theoretically.
