Abstract:The advent of the information age has triggered subversive changes in "what to learn" and "how to teach" in universities. Given the dilemma appearing in traditional teaching models, especially the realistic challenges resulted from the large-scale online teaching, this paper, taking the course Ideology, Ethics, and Rules of Law as an example, attempts to reconstruct the teaching procedure, adjust the teaching content, and innovate the assessment methods of students’ performance by means of PAD and super star learning app. Meanwhile, with the integration of intellectual teaching tools and models, this paper aims at the improvement of the validity of teaching and learning. Besides, the effect of this teaching and learning model is examined via the valid teaching assessment standards; some contemplation is also made on this teaching model, so that the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses can be further promoted in universities.
