With China entering a new stage of development, it is more important and urgent than ever to carry forward the integration of the spirit of scientists and entrepreneurs. According to the culture-history activity theory, the spirit of scientists and entrepreneurs, as the object, is respectively a part of the output of the social practice system of scientists, entrepreneurs, and other subjects. They share the same goals and integrate with each other, thereby conforming to the developing law of cultural and historical activities. Case analysis of the World Youth Scientists Summit reveals that creating a platform for scientists and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, building a heterogeneous activity system alliance, and accelerating shared goals and iterative innovation can help integrate the spirit of scientists and entrepreneurs. This integration forms a spiritual connotation that encompasses individual, organizational, and social levels.
