Abstract:The process-oriented elements of the implementation field of ideological and political education in universities include the policy formulation layer and the policy itself, the execution layer and the selection of policy tools, the objective relationship network composed of the position relationship of actors, as well as the students in colleges and universities and the ideological and political education field, capital, habits, etc. Its institutionalized elements include regulatory elements, normative elements, cultural-cognitive elements and symbol systems, relational systems, conventions, and artifacts. Presently, all departments and sections of colleges and universities have formed a high-density and centered implementation network with strong reachability and a core work network system. However, there are still some problems in terms of the construction of the entire field, the integration of fields, and the richness of policies. Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate and optimize field construction from the macro, mesoscopic, and micro levels, thus promoting the formation of collaborative execution effects through field integration, and forming good habits through institutionalization, daily use, and project optimization.
