Marxism's thought of free personality is an important clue in his thought of human liberation. The connotation of free personality in nature, namely, what "free individuality" is, can be summarized as follows. Firstly, on the premise of universal material transformation, "the free individuality" of a realistic person should be realized through the dialectical movement of individuality and dependence. Still, "free individuality" should be an important value yardstick to measure man's all-round development, that is, the all-round promotion of people's ability and the all-round development of communication and needs. Additionally, "free individuality" should be a harmonious unity of every single individual and all people; it is also a harmonious unity of individual development and social development, and a harmonious unity of individual interests and community interests.
