    摘要:

    坚持效果导向推进思政课教学改革创新,既是提高"思政课的针对性和吸引力"的必然要求,也是推动高校思政课高质量发展的必由之路。新时代新征程,新使命新要求。文章认为,提升高校思政课教学实效需要坚持系统观念,打出理路"组合拳"。一要坚持"理念为魂",牢固树立正确思想观念;二要坚持"教师为本",全面提升教师综合素养;三要坚持"内容为王",着力加强内容精准供给;四要坚持"方法为要",优化组合教学方式方法;五要坚持"环境为重",积极营造良好育人生态;六要坚持"协同为基",系统建构"大思政"格局。

    Abstract:

    Effect-oriented reform and innovation is not only a necessary requirement to improve the pertinence and attractiveness of ideological and political courses, but also a necessary path to promote their high-quality development in universities. On the new journey of the new era, improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities requires comprehensive efforts. Firstly, we must adhere to the principle that the concept is the soul, and firmly establish correct ideological concepts. Secondly, we must adhere to the teacher-centered principle and all-roundly enhance teachers' comprehensive quality. Thirdly, we must adhere to the principle of takingcontent as the core,and focus on equipping students with appropriate and precise learning content. Fourth, it is a must to take teaching approaches as the key, and focus on optimizing teaching methods. Fifth, we must adhere to the principle of putting the environment first, and actively create a good education ecology. Lastly, we must take the principle of synergistic development as thefoundation and systematically construct a big ideological and political education pattern.
