Abstract:With the increasingly fierce market competition, how to promote employee voice behavior by consolidating psychological contract relationship has become an important issue. However, the current research on the effect of psychological contract on employee voice behavior is still relatively scattered, trivial and lacking systematic integration. Based on this, the concept of psychological contract, dimension division and types of measures were systematically analyzed, and the theoretical basis of psychological contract affecting employee voice behavior was reviewed. Further, this paper explores the relationship between psychological contract and employee voice behavior, and constructs a comprehensive model of the influence of psychological contract on employee voice behavior from the perspectives of variables, paths and so on. For future research, this paper suggests that firstly the role mechanism of psychological contract on voice behavior in different subject relationships needs to be broadened. Secondly, the research on the influence mechanism of psychological contract on employee voice behavior needs to be further enriched. Thirdly, different psychological contract types that affect employee voice behavior need to be subdivided. Lastly, it is important to develop a localized psychological contract scale based on our cultural background.
