    摘要:

    当前,青少年的身体素质普遍偏低,从综合身心素养视角指导大学体育教育的发展,是培养身心健康的建设者和接班人,推动国家社会主义建设的必由之路。然而,目前存在的一些问题阻碍了大学生身心健康发展。大学体育教学在培养学生身心健康发展的过程中还存在很多困境。在解决大学体育教学困境上,需要提高教师的素质,优化教学设计,利用新技术提升综合素质培养的效果,并建立有效的评价机制。综合身心素养视域下的大学体育教学将促进学生身心健康发展,提高学生综合素养,为学生的未来发展奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    Currently, the level of adolescents’ physical fitness is generally low. Therefore, it is necessary to develop college PE education from the perspective of comprehensive physical and mental qualities, which is a must to cultivate healthy constructors and successors of our nation and promote the construction of socialism. However, there are currently some problems that hinder the physical and mental health development of college students. There are still many difficulties in the development of students’ physical and mental health in college PE education. Accordingly, it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers, optimize teaching designs, utilize new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of comprehensive quality cultivation, and establish effective evaluation mechanisms. In this sense, college PE teaching will be beneficial to students’ physical and mental health, improve students’ comprehensive qualities, and lay a solid foundation for their future development.
