Abstract:Based on the practical problem of insufficient synergy between professional education, ideological and political education, and labor education in colleges, this study takes the management course of Central University of Finance and Economics as an example and proposes a "Three Synergies" idea, which aims at building the soul, facing the reality, and going deep into practice. Accordingly, the study matches the corresponding educational elements at the level of knowledge, ability and value in order to achieve the effect of collaborative education, that is, using local management ideas to build the soul, promoting the digestion and absorption of management theories with a practical orientation, and promoting the application of management knowledge through in-depth practice. In a word, this paper explores the "three synergies" in the teaching of management course. In this sense, it has reference significance for the synergy of professional education, ideological and political education, and labor education.
