Abstract:Logistics parks in Hebei Province have entered a stage of high-quality development in the era of digital economy. Low-carbon and digital-intelligent transformation is an effective way to achieve low-cost sustainable development of logistics parks. In order to find out the key factors influencing the low-carbon digital intelligent transformation of Hebei Province's logistics parks, this paper established 22 factors through field research and other methods, and established a corresponding index system. At the same time, DEMATEL-ISM model is used to analyze the logical relationship and mutual influence between each factor. The results show that there are eight key influencing factors, including carbon emission regulation policy, enterprise personnel transformation awareness, and so on. Therefore, this paper puts forward three strategic suggestions, namely, detailed policy system, technological transformation and upgrading of park equipment, and integration and optimization of park resources. Accordingly, through scientific and objective data analysis and specific transformation measures, the paper hopes to accelerate the realization of low-carbon and digital-intelligent transformation of logistics parks in Hebei Province.
