    摘要:

    为满足发展新质生产力对于工程创新型人才的需求,提升工程训练在学生创新实践能力培养方面的质量和水平,安徽理工大学工程实训中心构建了基于创新实践能力提升的教学体系,开辟了分阶段、多层次、递进式的工训教学路径,采用教赛融合的教学模式,加强创新型师资队伍建设,建立了科学的评价体系来考核学生工程实践和创新能力,取得了较好的教学效果和育人成效,为地方高等工科院校在工程训练领域改革提供了有益参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the demand for engineering innovative talents in developing new quality productivity and enhance the quality and level of engineering training in cultivating students’ innovative practice abilities, the Engineering Training Center of Anhui University of Science and Technology has constructed its teaching system based on enhancing students’ innovation and practice abilities. It has established a phased, multi-level, and progressive engineering training and teaching path, and adopted an integrated teaching-and-contest model, continuously strengthened the construction of innovative faculties, and established a scientific assessment system for students’ innovative and engineering practice abilities. This has resulted in good teaching outcomes and educational effectiveness, thus providing valuable references for local engineering colleges in the reform of engineering training education.
