    摘要:

    《民法典》以"弘扬社会主义核心价值观"为立法目的,彰显了法治目标与价值引领的同向同行,道德认同与制度约束的有机结合。充分挖掘《民法典》的价值理念,应用于课程思政,并使之统一于"德法兼修"的人才培养目标将是法学教育改革的重要契机;同时《民法典》司法实践中对社会主义核心价值观的融入也为课程思政提供了重要的教学资源。法学教师应善于将价值元素融入教学内容,构建将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体的思政育人新格局。

    Abstract:

    The Civil Code takes the "promotion of socialism core values" as its legislative purpose, fully demonstrating that the legal construction should go in the same direction as the basic codes of ethic of society, and that value recognition and institutional restraint are organically combined to play a role in maintaining social order. It is an important opportunity for the reform of legal education to fully explore the value concept of the Civil Code, deepen ideological and political education in curriculum, and make courses unified with the goal of cultivating talents with both morality and law.At the same time,the integration of socialism core values in the judicial practice of the Civil Code also provides an important case study teaching resource for ideological and political education in curriculum. Law teachers should be good at integrating value elements into teaching content, and build a new pattern of ideological and political education that integrates value shaping, knowledge teaching and ability training.
